Cisco Marine Services provides troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and overhaul services for marine hydraulic systems, supporting vessels in port, at anchorage, during drydock and on voyage.

Our scope covers steering gear, deck cranes, hose handling and provision cranes, hatch cover operating systems, mooring winches, windlasses and hydraulic power units (HPU). We also support hydraulic circuits associated with controllable pitch propellers (CPP), bow thrusters and remotely operated valves.

Typical assignments include investigating pressure loss, oil leakage, overheating, slow or irregular movement and insufficient lifting or holding performance. Our teams inspect pumps, hydraulic motors, control blocks, directional and pressure control valves, cylinders, accumulators and associated pipework to identify the cause of the fault.

Service work includes pump and hydraulic motor overhaul, cylinder resealing, control valve servicing, hose and pipe renewal, and pressure and flow adjustments in accordance with equipment requirements. Components requiring workshop repair can be removed, overhauled and reinstalled onboard.

Following repairs, operational checks verify system response, pressure stability, leak tightness and the operation of relevant braking and safety functions. Service findings and recommendations are documented to support continued maintenance and reliable equipment operation.
