Cisco Marine Services provides troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and commissioning support for marine electrical and automation systems. We support shipowners and ship management companies with planned service and urgent fault attendance in port, at anchorage, during drydock and on voyage.
Our scope covers alarm and monitoring systems (AMS), power management systems (PMS), PLC-based control systems, main and emergency switchboards, generator synchronisation, automatic voltage regulators (AVR), air circuit breakers (ACB), electric motors and variable frequency drives (VFD).
We also service the electrical and control systems of essential onboard equipment, including boilers, inert gas generators, ballast water treatment systems, tank level monitoring systems, valve remote control systems, pumps, ventilation systems and deck machinery.
Typical assignments include tracing intermittent alarms, resolving communication faults between controllers and field devices, replacing defective control modules, calibrating sensors and transmitters, and restoring control and monitoring functions following equipment replacement.
Our work combines electrical measurements, signal tracing and control logic checks with operational testing. Findings, completed work and further recommendations are documented to help vessel staff and technical managers plan the next steps.
Our experienced technical teams provide independent service support worldwide for a wide range of equipment models from the following brands:
